BRAC’s objective is to promote the use of the Meadow Stiles Playing Fields for sport and is the organisation that leases the playing fields from the Trustees and ensures that the affiliated clubs adhere to the terms of the lease.

BRAC has been largely dormant for the past few years, but has an important role in taking care of land management, cost sharing between the clubs and liability insurance. We are also bringing the Cricket and Tennis clubs closer together to work on joint projects such as improving the car park, resiting the defibrillator so it is more accessible, and the entrance signs that now advise visitors what matches are coming up.

Graham Grose has kindly agreed to be the Chairman of BRAC, and Dave Wells (BRCC Chairman), Ben Lawrence (BRTC Chairman), Humphrey Grimmett and Dirmuid Jennings make up the remainder of the management committee. Ollie White is leading the project to improve the car park – more on this soon.
